With your *.wl log file loaded in WL, create the tq8 file directly: FILE, Export, Trusted QSL File

I use ADIF's rather than Cabrillo's. They always work.

Gentlemen:

I have 425 very nice QSO's that I wish to load into my LOTW account.
When I attempt to "SIGN" my cabrillo log with my LOITW certificate,
it tells me JARTS is an unknown contest and stops right there.

I used WRITELOG to log the contest, and to write the CABRILLO file.
The top line of the cabrillo file says 3.0 version.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
