[RTTY] XW0YJY on RTTY

XY0YJY is active again from Laos and was spotted with a good signal into the 
USA today on RTTY.

The operator is Champ E21EIC and on his last trip I worked him on SSB on 2 
bands and they were confirmed via LoTW in a few days.

Hopefully he'll do more RTTY. High band conditions are excellent right now so 
if you need XY, go get him!
