I think that we have ended up with the ARRL deliberate interference sub thread because someone here on the elist saw an ARRL bulletin transmission start up and interfere with an ongoing W1AW/x operation. Kind of ironic.

If my memory serves me correctly and it doesn't always, over the many years a number of ham's have taken on the ARRL concerning their bulletin transmissions allegedly causing intentional QRM and also being a violation of Part 97 and complained to the FCC. But the FCC backed the ARRL in every case.

I think that one of those individuals was K1MAN. He formed an organization (IARN) to compete with the ARRL and ultimately got in to trouble with the FCC over his bulletin transmissions causing QRM and being a violation of Part 97. Another irony.

So I think that complaining about the ARRL again with the FCC whatever the reason would be waste of time and energy and we should all stay focused on RM-11708. I suspect that our collective efforts against RM-11708 will ultimately be successful
