There are 5 (out of 15) director positions to be elected this September, to
start serving in 2015. For amateurs in the following divisions, it’s important
to contact your current director to get their views on the petition, and if
necessary, find someone to run against that individual.
Atlantic
Dakota
Delta
Great Lakes
Midwest
You need 10 members of that division to sign the official nominating position
that’s available from the ARRL. The only way to defeat this thing is to change
from within the organization.
Make it known to those directors that if they don’t support the withdrawal of
this motion, then you don’t support them in their reelection efforts.
