[RTTY] Long hang time when going back to receive

Hi All

I recently got a Win7 box and when running RTTY with it, it hangs up 
when going back to receive.
After it sends the macro, it takes 6 - 7 seconds before it will go back 
to receive.  Does the same thing when using the N1MM/MMTTY combo.
Using FSK with a Kenwood TS-450.  Tried it both with a legacy comport 
and with a USB/serial box.  It works fine on my old XP box. Need to get 
it ready for this weekend.  73
