Hi all,
Well, having got FL on 3 bands, I now only need two remaining States to
complete my W1AW/p WAS challenge!
Those last two States are Delaware and Georgia!
I don't quite know why or how I missed them last time round, but I hope both
will do a good amount of RTTY when they come up.
Just one contact on one band would be great, as that is all I really need,
but if the opportunity to get a few more bands arises, I will be in there
and trying.
It has been a ball chasing not only the W1AW/p stations, but also all the
various calls that have given me points.
I've tried to be on the bands as much as possible, especially 10m & 12m, and
calling for NA.
There have been some excellent openings on these bands after dark here, with
WA and CA booming in.
I had hoped to reach the 7500 points mark for the third level award
certificate, but I guess that is now unlikely as I only have around 6200
points, but I will be trying!
So, whoever is doing RTTY from DE & GA, please keep a look out for me!!
