You're right. Open all the bands and all the modes.
Can we at least give them a hard test first? Clearly, none of you
have read through the question and answer pools since you last took a
test. If we're going to have incentive licensing (and I'm leaning
away from that being a good idea!) then there have to be actual, you
know, incentives.
§97.205 Repeater station.
(a) Any amateur station licensed to a holder of a **Technician**,
General, Advanced or Amateur Extra Class operator license may be a
repeater. A holder of a **Technician**, General, Advanced or Amateur
Extra Class operator license may be the control operator of a
repeater, subject to the privileges of the class of operator license
held.
