Someone mentioned that they sit with their finger/thumb on the escape key when they are calling CQ. I used to do that too. I re-mapped my mouse roller wheel so that when I push down on the wheel, it sends escape. Much more convenient than sitting in a bind on the chair so that my left hand is always on the keyboard.
