The Icom IC-7200 is out of production and the supply of new ones at most
dealers was sold out months ago. Used ones do appear on the market from
time to time.
The IC-7300 has a full DSP receiver, but you are limited to the display
on the front of the radio (unless you run Icom's remote control software
which is extra cost). I've heard no complaints from the guys running the
7300 on RTTY once they get the interfacing worked out.
A used IC-746Pro might be a good choice, though look for a newer one as
there were improvements made during the production run.
The IC-7410 is Icom's closest replacement for the 746Pro, but given it's
price compared to the 7300, I think I'd go with the 7300.
With the announcement of the IC-7610, used IC-7600s are hitting the used
market at good prices (for the buyer, not the seller <sigh>). I've been
very happy running my 7600 in RTTY contests.

Icom is 100% duty cycle for RTTY
Yaesu 450D Manual says 1/2 to 1/3 full output for RTTY
Looks like an obvious choice to me. I have run several Icoms on RTTY at 100
watts full output with no problem - 751A, Pro2 and Pro3 - no problem but I did
blow air across the top of the radio to move some of the heat from around the
rig - but not right into the radio - just across the top so as not to interfere
with the designed airflow inside the case.
Consider saving a bit longer and get a little better Icom - 7200 or better - I
haven't been impressed with the 718 - It's a beginners rig but still better in
many ways than the 450D. My buddy has a 450D and it seems very sensitive to RF
kicking it off line - just locks up (not the power supply - the rig). de W4PJW
