[RTTY] OK contest

I copied a VE call this Sunday morning calling CQ OK TEST VExxx  CQ.

I sent back to him that the contest ended at 2400z Saturday 12/17/1016.
Evidently there are still people who do not read the rules before a contest
so as to have the proper information.  The VE was somewhat surprised.
