Fraser,

I have used Microham USB-RS232 interface (the general one) and that does **NOT** work for PTT keying.

I know a couple of people who have got the microKeyer which has a winkey built in, I am sure that would do the job.

If you have one built-in serial port, then the USB interface would drive the rig control and the built-in serial port could be used for the keying.

Does anyone know if the MicroHAM USB to radio interface solves the
Windows CW keying/timing problem, or do I still need a Winkey chip?

Does this interface allow me to choose a virtual com port for the rig
control and another virtual com port for keying?

Thanks / 73, Fraser G4BJM
