Hi Paul:
I notice that if I delete the SD.INI file, then select PORTS so I can set up
the CW port, then SD.INI appears again in the SD folder. Is this to be expected?

Please delete your SD.INI file. Then, start SD, use the
PORTS command to set up CW (only CW - no rig control), and
let me know if you notice any difference.
