For DX entrants, the number to the right and above the
callsign field was intended to reflect the actual number
of QTCs available - taking into account the callsign
entered (if any).  For example, if you have already sent
7 QTCs to EI5DI, entering EI5DI in the callsign field
should display 3.  That's not working now, and I will
fix it.

That's correct - it's not implemented correctly in SD.

It's not significant. Page Up/Down are not intended to
have any effect while sending QTCs.  The display should
not change.

No - you should edit the QTCs directly in your .LOG
Cabrillo file.
