[SD-User] Rig Control in SD

Thanks to everyone who tested the updated
rig control in the last 24 hours.   I have
updated SD as necessary, and it may be
downloaded (V16.13B) from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdv1613b.exe.


Please let me know if this version doesn't
work as expected.
