advanced as my own. ((((-
I did send several of the files and, unusually,  did not get a response from 
you for several days when you said you would look at it later that day. Nothing 
further was heard although I did send you a gentle reminder the day prior to 
log closure date. I presumed that you were either away or busy because, 
although you no longer support expired versions, you have in the past promptly 
and willingly provided your help when it has not been assumed as a given.
For reason of my limitations updating new releases always presents a dilemma 
for me until the new release is somewhat proven so I am invariably one step 
behind.

This is the first I have heard of this problem.
No one "loses" logs with SD, the audit trail file
(.AUD) sees to that.

All Brian had to do was send me the audit file and
I would have re-created the "missing" 450 contacts.
