[SECC] GQP logs

Might as well just eliminate the contest then and call it an operating
event.  Frankly I don't understand what the big deal is about submitting
logs.  Get a good computer logging program and let it do the work.  You can
get them now that they handle your QSLing, voice/cw keyer and digital modes
for the guys who do the RTTY contests.  I have been using WriteLog lately
and I don't think I have spent more than 10 minutes generating a log and
summary sheet yet.
