But, not all club members may be eligible.
For example, some may be outside the ARRL-defined circle. That's OK. They
are still club members
Another example, a club member may not have attended two "meetings" as
required by the ARRL. Unfortunately, no one at the ARRL has defined
exactly what constitutes a "meeting". The SECC has chosen to interpret
this as either an in-person meeting and/or reflector participation. As
such, most all members are eligible.
