I agree with Bill. The date must be set soon or we will miss the ham
publication deadlines. The  rules can be changed anytime by the club. If we
change the date, the magazines will publish that and the hours and the
exchange. Then they will direct the participants to our Web site for the
rules. There is no hurry on the rules for county lines, multipliers etc.
There is a fast approaching deadline for getting the date change, if one is
made, to the magazines and others in time.
