[SECC] multi-two logging: got it straightened out

greg -- and an email from bruce -- got it all straightened out.  each
transmitter needs it's own ID for each QSO for a single log.  otherwise,
each transmitter has to submit a separate log.  pretty simple, huh?  figured
it would be.  but it was all new to me.
