[SECC] GQP Plaque Update

I think all the plaques for 2004 except for W/VE QRP are accounted for.
WA4TT opted out of sponsoring the Top Club Score - Georgia plaque. 
If someone whans to sponsor the club plaques we could start the club 
competition this year... John had sponsored the CW only plaque to encourage CW 
operation in GQP. Since we don't have a CW only category - maybe like GQP had 
in the past ?? - would there be a need for those type plaques? I think we 
should encourage both CW and SSB operation...
