England QSO Party. There were a lot of entries from AL/GA/SC and the
out-of-state winner was a Georgia, although N4PN was operating from FL.
Results from the 2003 New England QSO Party are now published on the

Some nice plaques will be going out to 23 people, and certificates to
anyone who made 25 QSOs or more.
