Subject: [SECC] This Weekend's Contests

Hello all:

I am going to summarize this coming weekend's contests a little earlier
than usual this week since I will be QRV with my mother-in-law's funeral
tomorrow and will be out-of-town for the rest of the week at a seminar
and then at a wedding. The information may not be completely accurate
since I am having to rely on information from the SM3CER service and
some of the sponsors have not updated their information there.

1. SP DX Contest. 15 Z Sat to 15 Z Sun. CW/SSB/Mixed. 160 - 10 M.
Exchange: SP stations: RS(T) plus One Letter District abbreviation.
Others: RS(T) plus serial number. Work only Polish stations.

2. Spanish RTTY Contest. 16 Z Sat to 16 Z Sunday. 80 - 50 M.
Exchange: RST + Province for EAs, RST + serial number for others. The
information is for 2003 and I assume it will be unchanged for 2004.
I think you work only Spanish stations.

3. Missouri QSO Party. 18 Z Sat to 05 Z Sun plus 18 to 13 Z Sun. 160
- 10 M, CW/SSB/Mixed. 1810 plus 40 khz up for CW. 1850, 3980, 7280,
14280, 21380, 28310 khz. RST plus serial # plus County for Mo stations.
RST plus serial # plus SPC for others.

4. QCWA QSO Party. 18 Z Sat to 18 Z Sun. CW or SSB or Mixed. 1810,
1910, 3540, 3890, 7035, 7244, 14040, 14262, 21050, 21365, 28050, 28325.

Exchange: Year first licensed (example "54"), Name, QCWA Chapter #
Example Atlanta chapter is #49, or SPC. Non members and members like
K4BAI who don't belong to a chapter just send SPC. Do not send "at
large" as was done in the past (beause you might be thought to be in
ALabama, hi). 3 extra bonuses mults per band and mode for QSOs with
W2MM. http://www.qcwa.org/2004-qso-party-rules.htm.

Have fun.

73,

John, K4BAI.
