No. LOTW is good at this time only for WAS and DXCC awards. ARRL does not sponsor a county award. Eventually, CQ or other county award organizations might join with ARRL in LOTW, but none has done so as yet. In fact, I don't think ARRL is yet ready to solicit such joinder, but the possibility has been mentioned in the past. 73, John, K4BAI. |
