Don't know about your EMC. It used to be you called the local field office
at GA Power and asked for the District Engineer. Now they try to screen you
out when you call the regular customer no service line or the 611 repair
line. The repair line won't take your call if you can't give a address.
Saying a line near you and they just cut you off and most of the time drop
the call. Use your address and the problem must be at your QTH.
I think someone needs to get us all a contact list for all the local power
companies.
