1.  Note that in the Sea Net Contest, we may work only stations in the 
"Sea Net" area, defined in the rules.

2.  North American QRP CW Club has its monthly Hand Key/Bug Sprint on 
Tuesday Night Local.  This is Wednesday 0030-0230 UTC.  80, 40, 20M CW. 
  Exchange:  RST, SPC, NAQCC # or power.  Double score for hand key and 
1 1/2 times for bug.
