I'd love to see this happen. To me, if you can work a guy in Oceania
or Asia, that ought to be worth more points than working EA8. I think
it'd add a nice dynamic to the contest and it would be most
interesting to see how this would change the top of the boards.

Of course, it's easy for me to say that since I don't ever expect to
be amongst the world leaders from from my station!
