The rules that say you can self spot.
Self Spotting is allowed and we have a GQP SPOTS Web Site. Click
<http://tinyurl.com/gqpspots> HERE.
NOTE: Nets/Clusters are allowed for all categories without changing
category.
I have been using the GQP SPOTS Web Site to spot myself but not the regular
cluster. Most of the out-of-state entries are probably using this webpage.
Maybe the person who gave you are hard time should have read the rules
first.
