[SECC] Windows 7

ok I am glad to report that issues have been resolved  with Win 7 and 
Writelog audio wav files recording and transmitting. Dean 8P6SH put me 
on track and it turned out to be a problem with setting up the proper 
files in Writelog and the router.  Many thanks to Dean, Joe and all the 
others that chimed in to help. I never would have got this running with 
out their help. The next thing to get working will be MMTTY and writelog 
working in Win 7 and then see what happens with DX4WIN. I am a happy
