one intervening QSO.
3. NCCC NS CW Sprint Practice. 0230-0259Z Friday (Thursday night local
daate). 100W maximum powr. One/one kHz QSY rule. 20, 40, 80, 160M CW.

4. AGB New Year Snowball Contest. 0000-0100Z Friday (Thursday night

9. World Wide Peach Messenger City Contest: 1200Z Sat to 1200Z Sun.
80-10M CW, SSB. Exchange for stations in Peach Messenger Cities (which
include Atlanta, GA): RS(T) + PMC Abbreviation. Others: RS(T) + CQ Zone.
10. Original QRP Contest. 1500Z Sat to 1500Z Sun. 80, 40, 20M CW. 15
hours maximum time. Exchange: RST + serial #/power category. Power
categories: VLP = up to one watt. QRP = up to 5 watts. MP = up to 20
watts. Look around 3560, 7030, and 14060 kHz. More points if both
stations submit logs, so try to submit a log if you work anyone.
11. ARRL RTTY Round Up. 1800Z Sat to 2400Z Sun. 24 hours maximum
operating time. 80-10M RTTY, Digital. Exchange: RST + S/P for US and
Canadian stations or serial # for others. This is one of the big RTTY
events of the year. Don't know if many other digital QSOs are made or
not. Look for Fred, WW4LL, from ZF1A or his own ZF2 call.
12. EU 160M Contest. 2000-2300Z Sat + 0400-0700Z Sun. 160M CW.
1800-1840 kHz. Exchange> RST + Name + Club + member # or "NM." One
QSO OK per station per day. Clubs that qualify include: FOC, HSC,
QRPARCI, FISTS.
13. ARRL Kid's Day Contest. 1800Z-2359Z Sunday. 80-10M SSB + 2 meter
repeaters. Exchange: Name + Age + QTH + favorite color.
14. Adventure Radio Society Spartan Sprint. 0200-0400Z Tuesday (Monday
night local date). 80-10M CW. Maximum power: 5W. Exchange: RST + SPC
+ power.
15. QRP 40M Fox Hunt. Fox Hunts resume, but schedule of who the foxes
will be hasn't been posted yet. 0200-0330Z Wed (Tuesday night local
date). Two QRP Foxes will be between 7030 and 7050 kHz. Exchange:
RST, SPC, Name, Power. Work only the two Foxes.
16. Phone Fray. 0230-0259Z Wed (Tuesday night local date). 15, 20,
40, 80, 160M SSB. 100W maximum power. Exchange: Name + SPC. No QSY
rule.
