No Kevin -

I believe this is exactly the situation, and I think there is even
one case where someone "fixed" their problem by changing the
PTT ENABLE.  

However, root cause is still RF and proper bypassing/shielding
should eliminate the problem.  My extensive field testing includes
operations at 4U1ITU, EA9IE, F/N6TR (with the dipole 15 feet above
the roof), TI1C, W5WMU and at home. I have never had any problems,
or if I did they were so easy to cure, I don't remember them.
