[TRLog] Log rejected at ARRL??

I had the same problem. I saved it as text in WordPad. That is wrong. It
must be ASCII. If you are using Win95, the file must be saved as MS-DOS text
(WordPad, Note Pad etc...), not regular text. I re-sent it and received a
confirmation.
