[TRLog] How to build up mults & points after a KA5WSS transformation?

Transforming CT log into TR format using KA5WSS's LogConv.exe works OK
but the resulting log has no mults and no points.

What's the command in TR to build up the mults and points ?

(it can be done by POST but it asks to confirm every mult and
POST doesn't allocate points to Qs at all ?)
