[TRLog] SAC in 6.29?

Hi!

I just found a minor bug in version 6.29 of TRLOG.

The SAC contest  is not in the start-up menu when
you are able to select  a contest. But TRLOG will still  recognize the
command CONTEST = SAC in LOGCFG.DAT
