[TRLog] POST U E F F, now user4/5 overwrite flag

Thanks to all for the useful tips on editors.  They would've made easy work
on those nasty .RES files.  Still handy for reversing the order I put all
my TR logs into, as the user 4 & 5 overwrite flags in U E F F can't be set.
Trying to toggle them causes user 3 to be set instead, which seems familiar.
Perhaps it's still on the list.  Behavior is the same as far back as 6.29.
