Even though the conditions for WPX CW seem pretty poor (up here, anyway)
our rate seems abnormally high. Seems like the rate meter wants to use QSO
points and even though you choose QSo's instead and write it to the
logcfg.dat, it doesn't seem to have any effect and the program defaults
back to QSO points. Using v6.49. Not a serious issue but something
seems to be different. Otherwise 6.49 seems fine.
