I brought an external lead from the internal speaker and muffle or
disconnect the speaker at night. I just love hearing that MULT chime go
off! And alt-alarm has to be loud at six am...Next I am going to put a
small L-pad on the line.

There is also a setting to turn off all beeps. I think it is BEEP ENABLE =
FALSE. This was a request of mine that Tree added just so I did not bother
anyone in the house long ago.
