[TRLog] two radio mode with SBDVP

I'm trying to get SBDVP to work in the two radio mode,
just like on cw, but I can't figure it out. Maybe it can't
be done.

I want it to do the following sequence:
1. Send my call on radio two after I have done ALT-D and hit
the spacebar.
2. Send a dummy cq on radio 1 while I'm copying the exchange
from radio 2.
3. Send a cq on radio 1 after the contact on radio 2 is logged.

If it can't be done with SBDVP, can it be done with other
voicekeyers?
