[Trlog] Radio One Polling Disabled ???

I just installed 6.79 on my new(er) laptop, and IBM T22 Thinkpad.
For some reason, when I set up the ARRL FD contest, it insists
on Radio One Polling being Disabled.  I keep changing the line
in the LOGCFG.DAT file to TRUE, but when I restart TR, it comes
up Radio One Disabled again.  It's like the saving action isn't 
taking.

Has anyone a clue as to what is happening here?
