I'm setting up a couple of laptop computers for Field Day use. Both
computers exhibit the same problem. I'm using TR version 6.79 with DOS 6.x.
Computers are Pentium II and 486 laptops.
In CQ mode, when a dupe is encountered, TR will cut off the beginning of the
dupe message. For example:
K9AB SRI QSO B4 73 DE K9YA FD
Becomes
A9AB SRI QSO B4 DE K9YA FD
I haven't tested the actual keying, but the problem is obvious listening to
the computer sidetone generated by TR.
Any suggestions? Tks.
