Feedback has confirmed 6.8* now wants to
talk faster than default (read: reliable) speed
for 751/765-era ICOMs & seems to no longer
pay attention to RADIO x BAUD RATE command.
Packet port probably only doubled in speed.
Somebody, please - which version was it that
had correct bandmap behavior for SO2R?
