I use TR4W ver 4.01 with winkey which is built into Microham Microkeyer II.I 
had no issues with CW speed at all. I also sometimes use N1MM with MKII, I 
just came to the conclusion that Windows based software can only send proper 
CW using external CW processor like Winkey or similar.
