[Trlog] Band Output Port TR6.90

Having upgraded from 6.78 to come into line with
the new cty.dat format, I find that the Band
Output Port info no longer switches the band
decoder. Looking at past posts, there seems to
have been a problem around 6.81. 

Any info on what needs to be done to get it 
working again?
