[Trlog] Setting Up for WI QSO Party

In my config file:

MY STATE = WI
TRLog then wants WIQSOWI.DOM
So, renamed WIQSO.DOM to WIQSOWI.DOM
Exchange can only be a Wisconsin Country, but I can work everyone for credit

Commented out MY STATE = WI
TRLog wants WIQSO.DOM
So, renamed WIQSOWI.DOM, from above, to WIQSO.DOM
Still only takes Wisconsin Counties as the exchange, which is correct.

I am in Wisconsin, what entery do I need to work everyone?
