I've been doing this contest so long mobile without thinking about it, that
i had to think about it!
wiqso.dom has only county mults for those operating from outside wi.
wiqsowi.dom has both state and county mults for those operating from within
Wisconsin.
I think the mystate = wi line tells it which file to use:
Here is mine:
MY CALL = NE9U
MY STATE = WI
CONTEST = WISCONSIN QSO PARTY
