Omni VI filter ringing and "sleep" in CW TX?

I seem to have misspoke.  I went and did this again, and the
result depends on how fast my CW is.  If there is good spacing,
holding the RIT button down turns the RIT off.  It does not
necessarily reset the RIT to 0.0.  I can play with this more
later, but it is not the desireable response for sure.
