| I can testify that Warren is correct! I wired a DB9-to-DB25 adapter =
cable for my DB25-to-DB25 radio control cable. The adapter cable did =
not work. =20
Then I saw Warren's message this evening, swapped pins 2 and 3 of=20
the DB9 and Bingo! The radio and NA talk to each other. Thanks, =
Warren!!
The OMNI VI Manual is dead wrong on the DB9 pin-out.

Subject: OMNI-VI Cable Diagrams
The following diagrams are for cables I have used with my OMNI-VI. They
work with CT8, CT9, NA8, and NA9, and they also work with my everyday
logging program - Hyperlog and my beta version of Hyperlog Pro. As for
computers I've used everything from a old 286 to a Pentium 100. I've =
also
used this setup in M/M situations at N2RM, and for FD with WA2SNA and =
had no
problems.
