[TenTec] omni d info

i have just came by  a ten tec omni d ..... the manual states you can
add either the 30 or 17 mtr  band..... what do i need.... crystal 
special board  or etc... pse  advise.... when i call ten tec  the said
that they did not have any mods for the omni  d     thanks  wayne   w4ax
