Most rig control software that I'm aware of
is usually a component of a larger software
package.
For instance, I use XPWIN for digital
communications, and it has rig control
functions in it. I use the WJ2O logging
program and it also has rig control
functions in it.
One of the things I like about the
WJ2O software is that it's PC-DOS/
MS-DOS based, which means it will
run under MS/PC-DOS (of course),
Windows 3.1, Windows 95/NT, and
OS/2. It does not have a graphical
user interface as do the purely Windows/
OS/2 programs, but that wasn't a
requirement for me.
You should be able to download a
demo of the WJ2O software from
http://www.webprint.com/wj2o
Good luck,
Mike
