Gary,
I use telephone four wire hookup wire from key to keyer and coax from keyer
to my Omni VI Plus. Used the exact same setup on my Delta 580 before that.
No problems with either set-up with either coax dipole antennae or 600 ohm
ladderline going out the window to a 128 foot dipole. With my old Navy TCS
transmitter I used coax from hand key to the rig, but that may have been
because there was over 100 volts on the key! Lots 'o problems with that
setup!
