I bought a 250 Hz filter for the 6.3 IF in my VI+ about two months ago and
it's really helped out in CW and RTTY contests while s&p. I wouldn't
recommend using it when running stations because some people will be out of
the passband and you'll NEVER hear them. This filter is a great addition
to a contester's arsenal if you've been thinking about getting one.
